Library
Overview
The library was established in 1979. The faculty gave great attention to the library. The Faculty of Medicine library is the only library in Suez Canal University that uses the American Congress system in categorization and classification.
Library’s holdings
The library combines:
- Two halls for medical books, atlases, dictionaries
- Hall for university scientific research thesis, rounds, Arabic and cultural library.
- Hall for the digital library includes computer devices that help academic staff members, cooperators, students, and visitors reach information to facilitate the education process.
Library’s services:
- Borrowing.
- Photocopying.
- Internet unit.
- Digital library (the project started in 2005. All library’s data were uploaded including scientific thesis, medical books, dictionaries, and atlases).
