Master's Degree Registration Conditions
- The student must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from one of the universities of the Arab Republic of Egypt or an equivalent degree from recognized universities with at least a "Good" general grade.
- The student must have completed the internship year (housemanship) or its equivalent.
- The student must meet the requirements of the relevant department approved by the college council (if applicable).
- A written approval from the employer for enrollment in the graduate studies program at Suez Canal University College of Medicine.
- The resident doctor at one of the university’s hospitals or the teaching assistant in one of the basic medical sciences departments is eligible to apply for enrollment in the master’s program in the semester following their work commencement.
- The student must pay the required tuition fees within the set deadlines, with exemptions for resident doctors, teaching assistants, and scholarship students.
PhD Degree Registration Conditions
- The student must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery and a Master's degree in the relevant specialty with at least a "Good" grade from one of the universities of the Arab Republic of Egypt or an equivalent degree from a similar faculty or recognized institute.
- The student must meet the requirements of the relevant department approved by the college council (if applicable).
- A written approval from the employer for enrollment in the graduate studies program at Suez Canal University College of Medicine.
- The student must pay the required tuition fees within the set deadlines.
- The student must have completed a course in patents and intellectual property rights and an entrepreneurship course.
Registration Dates
- First Term: Applications for registration are announced during August and September, with studies beginning in October each year.
- Second Term: Applications for registration are announced during March, with studies beginning in April each year.
- The files are reviewed by the concerned employee to ensure all registration conditions are met, and original certificates are checked with certified copies taken. The files are then sent to the relevant department for approval or rejection of registration.
- The department head approves the registration, both on paper and electronically.
- A memo is prepared for review by the Graduate Studies Committee, followed by approval from the College Council.

- Two certified copies of the national ID card.
- Two certified copies of the military service completion certificate.
- Original + certified copy of the Bachelor’s degree.
- Original + certified copy of grade transcripts.
- Original + certified copy of the internship completion certificate.
- Original + certified copy of the job status certificate.
- Two personal photos and completion of the registration form on a computer at the IT unit.
- Two plastic folders + envelope for 150 EGP + a receipt for 50 EGP electronic registration fee paid to the college.
- Confirmation of job commencement for resident doctors and teaching assistants.
- Tuition fees: 4585 EGP annually for external students, 2980.25 EGP for medical staff at the university's medical administration, and 20 EGP for residents and teaching assistants.

- Tuition fees: 5000 EGP annually for external students, 4357.30 EGP for medical staff at the university's medical administration, and 20 EGP for residents, teaching assistants, and assistant professors.
