Vice-dean of Community services and environmental affairs sector roles:

  • Supervise faculty’s special units with authorization from the dean.
  • Concern with programs and training courses to enhance society members’ efficiency to understand the latest scientific methods and technical approaches.
  • Give attention to research and applied studies needed to solve community and environment-related problems in coordination with different bodies and authorities.
  • Organize and do symposiums related to community service and environment topics.
  • Implement scientific convoys in different fields (guiding- social- medical).
  • Provide scientific consultancies in community service and environmental development field.
  • Seek to find out working opportunities for faculty graduates.
  • Track the safety and occupational health tasks.
  • Supervise crises and disasters unit and training unit deeds.

Vice-dean extra roles:

  • Supervise preparing a database of community needs and participation to extract information and do the periodical and annual reports for community service and environmental affairs.
  • Join development projects done by the faculty.
  • Track data entry of community participation on the university’s database and update them.
  • Join training sessions done by the faculty.
