Vice-dean of Postgraduate studies and research sector roles:
•Prepare postgraduate studies and scientific research in the faculty according to departments’ councils and specialized committees and prepare the enrollment process for postgraduate students.
•Follow up on implementing the plan.
•Supervise scientific publishing affairs in the faculty and track applying the outlined policy related to this matter.
•Suggest organizing conferences and scientific symposiums in the faculty and handling external cultural affairs.
•Prepare the presentation for the faculty’s annual conference.
•Supervise library affairs and offer a plan to support the library with books, bibliographies, and publications.
Vice-dean extra roles:
•Supervise preparing a database of scientific research and published research, research plans, delegations, scientific missions, and scholarships. Moreover, make decisions, and do the periodical report for postgraduate studies, research, and cultural affairs.
•Participate in the development and qualifying projects to achieve faculty accreditation.
•Track data entry of scientific research and cultural relations on the university’s database, and update and document them on records.
•Join training sessions done by the faculty.
